@Ano740 Did you manage to solve it? I had the same issue 2 months ago when I had Windows10, I format my pc so I could start with the Windows11 and for the last month was working fine until these days the problem started again, no official solution or response yet
@seth6g Nothing that I'd call a solution but it did stop after I had made a bug report about it, followed by a couple of updates. I did find that you can right click on the icon in the tool bar and open an new tab from there and that fixes it for that session.
