@LolaRay327 Maybe you're using wrong app. Like @leocg said, check if you are using Opera GX.

You can use the dropdown menu or add a speed dial with address opera://configure/bookmarks

But maybe there a add-on that will show you your bookmarks in a toolbar popup.
