@Licoalt If you are talking about the browser UI, it changed recently as already being discussed.
If you are talking about the start page/speed dial, Opera may have changed it too.
@zozoro Click on Easy Setup and, in the wallpaper section, choose custom and choose the option Add Your Own Wallpaper.
