That's his question - why doesn't Android have it?

Keep in mind though, "Do not track" is almost meaningless. The website gets decide what it will do if it sees a "Do not track" header, and many just ignore it.

Update …133223 bug report:

-When entering a text box for web site scrolling web address disappears. 👎🏿
-Doesn't work air mouse and mouse double click zoom, even in tablet view mode. (this function works in Opera Beta 42)👎🏿
-Mega.nz load error & doesn't give Mega app 👎🏿

Huh. The only thing I'm finding is (in Android's Settings) > Google > Search and Voice Input ... though as I've never installed Edge it may be that there's something added to Apps > (click the gear/cog icon at the top).

Though under Apps as well the 3 dot menu includes "Reset app preferences". Probably resets all default apps (hence may be overkill) but that ought to include search preferences.
