After closing the opera link service, export bookmarks became impossible. Bookmarks file /data/data/com.opera.browser.classic/opera/etc/2/all - this is not a standard (binary) file which is impossible to parse. Maybe the developers do another update and replace the bookmarks file to the "standard" format? Maybe in sqlite database? After closing the opera link service does not create a recyclebin in the bookmark, need to fix.
Has my opera been hijacked or is someone found an exploit?

For some reason the stupid monkeys from Google uncheck Ads opt-out option from Google services menu, beats me why they do that. My spec ads doesn't have a proper localisation and beside that the translation is awful.

It will not be in settings, that's not Chromy. It's more like Opera Turbo alike since there already must be some sort of adblocker. I think that is running in test mode.

Open Opera mini and write opera:config on the address input bar.Hit the ok/go button and load the page to go on power user setting, Now after loading the page, scroll down. And you can see an option named Use Bitmap fonts for complex scripts.

Hello again. I probably should add more detail.

I'm running my Note 3 at 360 DPI. 480 is my phones default.

On CM12.1 at the same 360 DPI Opera would actually display with the tablet layout which was great but it's almost as if Opera is detecting my display on CM13 as still a phone as it maintains that layout with the weird icons.

If you need any other reports please ask.

Im unable to download video from some sites, for example http://tv.hnonline.sk/politika/587025-nove-odhalenia-v-kauze-maser-kostkovu-kliniku-kryju-paskovi-ludia-tvrdi-beblavy
It shows possibility to download but after clicking to download it nothing happens, no download starts...

According to Max it does only 35% savings on Opera Browser, whereas I'm at 76% on the browser by itself.

You can also log in to your sync account via http://sync.opera.com and there should be Trash folder available.

Dont have there trash folder and about undo action you can use it only when you see it, if you want to click on bookmark but you swipe it and dont look on screen you cant restore it.

Click on a link and is loaded in background being able to scroll the current page in the meantime, some sort of nonsense. Chrome doesn't bet on slow ponies.
