  @v8powerage If you're searching for a sentence, you should put it in quotes to prevent the search engine from looking for individual words anyway. Doing that would prevent reading the initial w as a search engine (or A or I in English language searches, for that matter). A shortcut to add quotes to text automatically might be a better answer.

  @drnewbury Old Opera (Presto based) used to minimize the active tab if you clicked on it, which would let you switch between two tabs just by clicking rather than double-clicking. Unfortunately Blink doesn't support minimizing tabs ...

  Settings. Advanced. On Startup. Tick "Begin fresh with a new page", unticking "Retain tabs from previous session".

  I know this is a pretty old post, but google still found it when trying to figure out how to close all tabs on exit in the opera gx browser.
