I just want to add my support to the OP's request for a toggle bookmark bar button. It would add greatly to the convenience of the browser.

I miss Opera classic as well. I'm afraid Opera Mail is, and wil remain, just a pickout piece of 12.16 infact, it has the same porblem of 12.16 (when you open a new mail and delete the signature the app freezes the same way 12.16 does)

That's why I've posted my question. 🙂 I don't remember if there was some technical problem or not. in old Opera it was possible to use pm with outlook, but that was of course completely different tool.

Hi @unrealmirakulix: You can DnD individual items from the Speed Dial to the Bookmarks Bar (also to a subfolder), then you can go to the "Bookmarks Bar" folder on the BM page, and select the items you want to move, then press Ctrl+X (to cut them), go to another folder, and press Ctrl+V (or Shift+Insert, or middle mouse) to paste them 😉

This is about something different.

When when you type a URL in the address bar, pressing Enter opens it in the current tab. At the moment, when you have already typed a URL and then decide you want keep the current page open, you would have to press Shift+Home, Ctrl+C, Ctrl+T, Ctrl+Shift+V to select the URL, copy it, open a new tab, and paste and go to the URL. Shift+Enter would be a useful shortcut to open in a new tab, as was already possible back in Opera 12.
