@jim97219 You can use the sidebar, bookmarks bar, menu, etc. You can even change the keyboard shortcut.

You can add your bookmark, to bookmarks bar, and edit the link, deleting the name of the bookmark. Only the icon will remain on the bookmarks bar.

@mathimati I guess that for that to happen each tab would need to be seem as a different program by the OS.
Addons sync for Opera like FF, Chrome, Edge or Vivaldi do.
