On the same page you saw the link to download Opera should be a link to the offline installer. It will be a bigger download since it includes the full program, but if you downloaded the network installer then you should be able to download that.

Go to the adress field and click the red heart, so you can change the logo of the websites, but remember: not all websites will display their native logos, so Opera will display instead a default (written) logo.
