  That extension works great, just it is not possible to get rid of that "bm", so the search would be same like in old opera.

  The "solution" I've taken to is leaving JS disabled on nytimes.com and various sub-domains.

  Still, if anyone knows of something less Draconian (perhaps including just the right thing in urlfilter.ini), it would be great to know. Most pages are perfectly readable without JS, but you miss all the extras like slideshows.

  For bookmarks, import the adr file instead just to see if there's a difference. But, it indeed sounds like you didn't put them in the right spot.

  What do you plan to do with the XP PC ?.

  Do you still have the original system install/restore CD that may have came with the computer ?.
  yes i do.

  but would hate to go down that road as it has nany other non online app's mostly it's HTPC with audio/video editing tools etc. that would be lost need redone.

  In our days where almost everyone has at least two PCs and tablet, and smartphone it is very important to synchronize all your data. I thought to give it a try and download it, BUT there is no synchronization cloud, nothing, just a repeat of the youtube video.
  In my businesss if you can't make something to work properly you do not even sheare it with your friend NOT publish it! Too bad for them,they are miles behind Google Chrome!

  Menu > Downloads or Ctrl J.

  the resumen button is gone,

  There is a flags regarding the resume of downloads. You also can pause them and resume (restart?) later.

  can't really get all the info for speed, the view we have now lacks order to see how everything is doing.

  Just click on the download button while a download is in progress. You'll se speed info, estimated remaining time, size and so on.

  I re-read your posts and went and looked at my extensions. For some reason I missed disabling "YouTube Center". I disable this extension and all is well.
