I write in the address bar of the exact address of the site. Rather than search request. And I want to keep looking for. And then I opened introduced.

The number of columns is based on screen resolution. I'm running at 1920x1080 and have 5 columns. AT 90% zoom I have 6. You can try list mode but I don't think thats what you want. The dev team doesn't put out a list of future changes to the browser per say. You can try keep up with the change notes for the Beta and Dev channel releases but thats as good as you will get. Right now The Dev channel release looks about like the Stable release.
is it possible to choose font wihtout using Open Font Dialogue ?

As you noticed support depends on what the operating system provides. Opera uses what's present there (if there is any).
My previous answer holds true. If you want all browsers on all platforms, you need at least two formats.

The "--process-per-site" switch, btw, only consolidates processes for tabs of the same site. So if you commonly have numerous pages open of the same site, great, but I think most people have a variety of sites open, making any savings realized with this switch minimal to non-existent.

I'm also not a fan of needing to use switches for cache location and size. What decade is this? The least they could do is stow it away in about:flags if it's too lowly for Settings.

Oh thank god. I don't know why the menu bar wasn't displayed. If I remember correctly, it used to show up by default. Maybe I'm wrong.

I think it once did, but that goes WAY back in versions. Maybe 11 or 10 or earlier?

Enable opera://flags/#favorites-bookmark-backend but be in mind that this is a very experimental feature and may lead to serious issues, including data loss.

Bingo! After a few days of restarts and tinkering about my 12.17 is now working. Still needs action to get it to display pictures or graphics on some sites though, e.g. Google!
I will NOT be applying any more Opera upgrades for some time; no matter how persuasive the blurb.

Can't help you there. I deleted every entry but one so that I could reuse their letters for other search engines. Maybe look at which one uses the 'g' keyword.

No, my friend. I'm just coming from remove and reinstall Opera from the zero! I have cleaned all registry data, files, all referring to Opera. He (the browser) is back now. Fixed the error. Thanks for your sugestions and interest.

The documents you were reading that told you about the cloud icon were for Opera 12. Thats all I'm saying. I don't use synchronize so I can't tell you what it does and does not copy.

You can change the shortcut. Theres also the bookmarks bar. As for a sidebar its not coming back. It is a lot of work implement in the new renderer and very few people made use of it. I sure didn't. In fact test had shown that the lions share of people don't even use bookmarks and my personal experience as a computer tech can back that up. The only reason bookmarks returned at all was because of the number of people that complained about it. Still, only a fraction of users use bookmarks and only a fraction of them use the sidebar. Its just not worth the effort to build it. Someone might make an extension for it though. You never know.

Exactly the same thing is happening for me. I have installed a earlier build to solve the problem. I hope it will get sorted out, don't want to change to another browser.
