Kaspersky is known to really interfere with Opera. If you want to use Opera, I would uninstall Kaspersky. Then, uninstall and reinstall Opera and start with a new profile so you're sure none of your data is corrupted.

Is there a way to disable Opera Internal Ads? There is no way i will use a browser that places ads on top like that.
I have never seen any ad of such kind (in Opera, I mean). Are you sure you have no malware in your PC?
