  I use Alt+ left mouse click but nothing happened. Check your settings first. If anyone that you feel it is checked or not. May be after this your problem will solved.

  @leocg that was the problem. Residuals being left in that folder were the issue.

  Deleting the Opera Software folder from C:\Usersusername\AppData\Roaming\Opera Software\Opera Stable and reinstalling fixed the issue, thanks!

  Hello friend,

  Unfortunately despite all the changes I made to the Opera Browser graphics settings, the problem persists, so I moved to Firefox, until I change graphics card.

  Again, thanks for your help.
