Thanks for the tip Leu'....Think I'll just use '24's Empty Cache after Patch Tuesday each month. I've never installed anything like CCleaner; nothing EVER [yet] has passed through my browser into The Main Computer...
Why don't you just post the steps to solve the issue? Also there is already a post of yours abou the same subject so there is no need to create another one.
Subscribed as IMAP or POP3? If you use IMAP, then when you right-click on the account name in the left column you should see an option named "IMAP folders". If you subscribe as POP3 ... sorry, not possible.
First, you can always have both tru- and nuOpera onboard your device (as I've been informed).
Second, to avoid auto-updating, I guess one can use beta-versions instead of stable ones.
If you want to try Opera 25 (unstable "developer" build), it is supposed to support a few more formats than 24 does. Opera does not have the rights to distribute proprietary codecs like H.264 for video and MP3 for audio; prior to version 25 they only supported formats that had freely distributable codes. With Opera 25 they are adding support for whatever codecs they find on your system.
The "developer" builds are available from the Desktop Team blog and install separately from the stable version.
Do you have a more recent version installed to the same directory? If the answer is no, then you could just delete the whole directory then use a registry cleaner.
Not at the moment afaik. A warning to avoid closing the browser while a download is runnning is something people request a lot but there is no indication on if and when it will come back.
