Since Opera is based on Chromium, testing in Chrome to see if it does it too would help.

Also, disable any extensions you have in Opera. Maybe one is interfering.

All right, mate. That means we have concluded that the web app you are using forces the PDF file to download. An extension may be able to modify the headers allowing the browser to use built-in PDF viewer nonetheless, but I doubt such extension exists currently.

Ormai sot prendendo la mano con Crome, è meglio, anche se bisogna stare molto attenti, usarlo sempre con "account cancellato" non disconesso, altrimenti sei sempre connesso.
L'ideale finche mi funziona la 12.6 è usare google da Opera, ma usare qualsiasi servzio Google da crome (come la la ricerca, le mappe, la posta, eccc) è un disastro, perchè sei sempre connesso a "tua insaputa".
