Cannot receive any notification for https://web.whatsapp.com but it works in 99, please fix it

I wanna set notification only for "When a new reply is posted in a topic you are watching".

But there is nothing happened (No setting was saved) when I changed setting and click blue "Save Changes" button in https://forums.opera.com/user/tkrojam/settings !!!

I disabled any extension in Opera and even tried other browser but no help.

Another silly change in this version:

When I move cursor the end of upper left corner, it cannot locate the "O" button!

To developers, can make the button large enough to make what I say possible?

@frankosio gigantomania not originally raised by Opera, it's raised by FXXXING microsoft since Windows 8!!! their silly programmers/developers supposed tablet will replace PC that's why they redesigned the whole UI based on tablet usage!!! How silly they are once smart Bill Gates left the company!!!

I think the font size in "Easy Setup" sidebar is too large, I wanna ask how to zoom it to 90%?

I tried to go to chrome://easy-setup/ to successfully zoom it to 90%:

However, when I went back to normal site to check it, it went back to 100%:

Why Opera cannot save the zoom level for chrome://easy-setup/, but it can for any other sites even settings page?

Please make "Easy Setup" sidebar zoomable in the next version, Thanks in advance.
