No Speed Dial in new private windowOpera for Mac
When I open a window it opens to Speed Dial, but when I open a new private window for VPN, it opens to tell me I'm private browsing. The Speed Dial button next to VPN is grayed out and cannot be accessed. I have to make a new tab before I can access it. It seems as if the button should be active when I open the window.
Thanks.

RE: Can't connect to NBCSports on OperaFuture releases
Do you have an affinity account?
I think what you're seeing is a different problem. I'm excluded from using Opera VPN because it's being seen as coming from a private page.

Can you connect to NBCSN without VPN? I have an Xfinity/Comcast subscription.

RE: Can't connect to NBCSports on OperaFuture releases
The Adobe page happens if I try to go to log in from NBC. If I go to Xfinity first and log in there and from there to NBC the connection always fails. After it fails it's showing this
This video cannot be played.
This content on Xfinity TV is not available for viewing with Chrome’s Incognito mode. To play this video using Chrome, please view this page without Incognito mode enabled.
If you are not in Incognito mode, please try resetting your DRM license.I wasn't seeing that earlier, but that's what I'm getting at the moment. The problem seems to be caused because VPN is now only available in a private window.
Thanks.

When I go through Xfinity and log in, the log in always fails and for some reason I'm on an Adobe page

Can't connect to NBCSports on OperaFuture releases
I try to connect to NBCSports using Opera VPN from the Xfinity portal. It seems to go through correctly, but then I get a message that we're having difficulty connecting to NBCSports. If I go directly to NBCSN, and click the link to connect to Xfinity, I seem to get bounced through an Adobe page and routed back to the same NBCSports page to connect to Xfinity.
Using Safari with IPVanish I can get to Xfinity and from there to NCBSports without the error that we're having difficulty connecting to NBCSports. It goes straight into the selected content.
Thanks.

Mail links going to the wrong spaceOpera for Mac
I work on a MBP and pretty much always use full screen mode for everything, all apps and the Finder. When I'm in Mail and click a link to a web page, the space changes but I'm not taken to the Opera space, though in app switcher Opera is the first app, which would indicate that's what's supposed to be the active application.
Any one else seeing this? Know why this might be happening?
Thanks.

RE: Why two search bars in SpeedDial?Future releases
Not seeing advanced settings in the sidebar. Think there's a problem with discoverability in the interface design.

RE: Why two search bars in SpeedDial?Future releases
Thank you. Think we're moving in the right direction. Would be really helpful if I could post images here.
"from sidebar un-check search box"
Not seeing that. I'm seeing this

What I really want to get rid of, what waste a ton of screen space, is this

Why two search bars in SpeedDial?Future releases
When I go to SpeedDial I see a URL/search box at the top of the screen under the tab and I also see a Google search bar taking up a lot of space below that. Not sure what the point of having the two separate bars using screen space.
Any way to get rid of the big Google box and move everything up on the screen?
Thanks very much.

RE: With VPN on Google goes to UAEOpera for Mac
Google again thought I was signing in from Dubai, though the VPN virtual location is supposed to be the US. I'm not in Dubai BTW.

With VPN on Google goes to UAEOpera for Mac
Went to do a Google search and suddenly everything was in Arabic. The Google login page was in Arabic, and the main Google search page was Google United Arab Emirates. I switched off VPN and was I back in US Google. Don't know if this is reproducible, but I'll try to test it again later.
Thanks.
