I'm having the exact same problem. Has this been fixed yet? I only get the second screen that the gentleman who originated (I think?) this post was getting. I've tried numerous times to reset the pass phrase or just input one. I have never seen the the smaller screen the other guy posted which asks for the pass phrase....????

The issue can be closed: this is due to blocking trackers.

You can clear the cache for the opera if it still issue persist then you need to reinstall the opera browser.
