Getting this as well from today - will do it whenever I perform most actions (new tab, load page, click link etc.) Also failed to load Twitch for a bit, but now it can again - no idea what's going on.

I've only recently observed this on my tablet (but not on phone) - when you double-tap on a page, it will auto-zoom, but the next touch will then zoom again, with just one finger.
This is obviously extremely unhelpful as after zooming in you usually want to scroll somewhere else.
Is everyone experiencing this, or is it for some reason device-specific (Nexus 7 2013). I don't see this behaviour in Chrome for example.
