Close Opera, hit Windows key + r to open the run dialog, type:
"%LocalAppData%\Programs\Opera developer\launcher.exe" --show-component-extension-optionsand press enter.
When Opera starts, goto the URL opera://extensions, turn on developer mode, click the "update" button at the top, wait for the updating to finish, scroll through the list of extensions and see if any (like "Aria" if there) are asking you to give permission for something.
