Every time I start Opera, it displays this prompt below my search bar. I tried going to the extensions page, but even after I disabled every extension it still appeared on startup.

Okay, so when I enter sites like Google on other browsers, either the built-in adblock removes the sponsored results or UBlock Origin, which i install on every browser, blocks the element for me. For some reason, on Opera, when I enter Google, the built-in adblock icon disappears and any attempts to block sponsored posts with UBlock don't work as the element picker doesn't even show up. Is this intentional?
