Problem solved - the solution for programs that have blurry text in Windows 10 is:
- Right click on the program or shortcut to it.
- Select Properties - Compatibility.
- Check the option "Disable display scaling on high DPI settings".

I recently upgraded to Windows 10 and my Opera Mail (version 1.0) accounts and messages were preserved. However, all the fonts are blurry, so that it is quite unpleasant to use. All other programs I have tried so far are fine. I'd be grateful to know whether anyone else has encountered this problem, or better still, has found a solution.
