Hello , I've moved mail folder ..account.ini....etc. to my new laptop.

Gmail pop no longer retrieve mail with error dialogue pops-up all time with my email address and I am sure I input again & again correct password., as well as went into gmail interface choose pop from now on.

I also tried deleting lexicon folder but no help.

Any suggestion please ? ( base on using pop.gmail.com )

Sorry for confusing you .........

I was always want opening LINKS from this post ., it appears I use %U from beginning which is wrong.

It should be %l for opening links to use in the context menu.

In Context menu I modified and finally make it works and want to report back :

Won't work with switch %u
Item, "Microsoft Edge" = "Execute program, "C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft\Edge\Application\msedge.exe", "%U""

Will work with switch %l
Item, "Microsoft Edge" ="Execute program, "C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft\Edge\Application\msedge.exe","%l""

** as strange with some other browser works with %u. Anyway, anyone who wanna use it should try both %u and %l to see which can works.

@burnout426 Thanks & will try %U , tomorrow, as need update menu.ini and wait for the next restart of Opera.

any links at the moment not working as it open new separate Edge browser in blank tab and blank address bar , as earlier picture shows.

Wondering if any other "switches" worth trying other than %u.

EDIT: just found some of the custom menu I missed an extra ' " ' at the end., it should end with "" but some was ended with " only. Shall see tomorrow.

I use the same settings for Microsoft Edge but it appears not working as it should but opening a separate Microsoft Edge browser without the link content:

Hello , I use quick reply box in M2 where this quick reply is always showing at bottom acrossing mailing list to mail body ( left & right view )

Would like to see how I can make quick reply box the height taller.

On mail reading panel, I have right-click menu of :

Item, "Mark as read"=delay, 12000 & Delete permanently & delay, 12000 & Delete permanently & delay, 12000 & Delete permanently & delay, 9000 & Switch to previous page & Switch to next page & Delay , 50 & Go to end

Is it possible to add at end of above action to show a pop-up dialogue, once click 'OK". It will repeat above action once again?

so that I do not need to right-click & choose from menu to repeat this action.

I wasn't able to lookup Google nor opera:config ., how I'm able to open/view .pdf attachment in M2. ( without using external pdf applications )

I rememeber it;s relate to "plug-ins" but couldn't find from opera:config.

It happaned that once in a while "all widths" back to the status way back couple of weeks ago ., instead of what I set from recently during yesterday.

How I can force all columns width EVERYTIME Opera starts in the same column width as it was from my recent settings ?

M2 column width does not retain as my last close of opera as it seems closing opera with crash each time ( due to many emails I guess , and not because of too many tabs )

Any solution I can force all column widths every time the same as my last modified widths?

Yes, I know something about it is in operaprefs.ini close Opera for definitely before editing this file .ini and search for a section named [Columns]

** I use robotcopy to since back & forth the toolbar.ini so that each time I have my latest toolbar UI. Not sure if operaprefs.ini can also sync by robocopy ....... ?

at least we know it is not possible for an "UNDO BUTTON" but we have a solution to add UNDO on right click menu in mail composing.

It given me all the discard mail showing back one by one on everytime I click this "Undo" button.

Unfortunately, it is not working. ( Yes , I can see the button "UNDO" is there but just don't work )

It works fine & I've closed down / restart opera., I can see my new mail account settings are there. Send & received without issue.

However , after 2-3 days , settings in Mail account appears not my latest setting but in the old days pop/smtp ......

I wonder it was closed and restart & I re-confirm new pop/smtp applied. How come it returns few days later the old p[op/smtp ?

What would be a permanent solution?

When Opera is completely closed., is it safe to manipulate account.ini on it's : Server , email user name , password, port number ?

** What should be cautious or just straight forward job to just input what it needs on the above. Yes , I know I need first to seek for correct location of the account.ini from opera:config.

I have problem Opera shutdown with a crash so that Opera does not remmeber my email settings in "Mail and Chat Accounts".
