Currently, the classic theme doesn’t have an option to "lock" the active tab’s background color on the tab strip, but I understand how this feature could be useful for better contrast and visual consistency. The line in Easy Setup should be fixed with the upcoming release in DNA-118519. As for the favicons - it is reported, we will fix it as part of DNA-115078.
