Thanks, Facebook is allowed. Messenger was not in the list. Where do I add the messenger url?

When I get a Facebook call, I keep getting a message to allow microphone but there are no options in Opera to allow Microphone or Camera that I can find. Everything works fine in Skype and if I use Developer Version.
Any help would be appreciated.

@andrew84 Thanks got it finally.

Importing the HTML file isn't bringing in the Speed Dial Folder as shown in the 1st photo where I hovered my mouse over the Speed Dial Icon. Nothing there except the default Speed Dial.

@leocg No I didn't and I just tried to re-import my export file from Developer. Bookmarks are all there but no sign of other Speed Dial, only the Speed Dial that comes with the installation.

Well I closed Opera and opened it back up and Original My Speed is listed in Speed Dials however the empty Speed Dial is default. I tried deleting it but it still comes back as the default.

@leocg thanks I found it and now happy with my original Speed Dial

I do not see anything related to Speed Dials, only bookmarks. Can direct me to the menu location?
