@leocg Are changes made "on the fly" and those changes affect all that use that "open source"? This issue just started today with no changes to my machine or this version of Opera.

Opera Developer V 57.0.3058.0 SSL ErrorFuture releases
I am running Win 10 64 bit V 1803 and Opera Developer V 57.0.3058.0. I am getting an SSL Error when trying to connect to www.paypal.com. I have tried connecting to paypal.com through MS Edge, Opera V 55.0.2994.44 and Maxthon browsers with no issues. It Only occurs with V 57.0.3058.0. This just started today. No new software, hardware or other changes to my machine or Opera Developer setting. Does anyone have an explanation or fix for this in this version? Thanks, Bob
RE: Default Browsers Win 10Opera for Windows
@leocg Yup I tried that. Developer shows up but Stable does not. When I log onto my secondary Admin Profile in Win 10. Stable shows up and can be set as Default. Just not in my Main Administrator account.
If I uninstall again and Run As Admin, do I need to remove all user data?
Speed Dial DefaultSynchronization
I was having issues with Win 10 and Opera. I could not see Opera 51.0.2830.34 as a default browser selection. One solution I found was to install Developer 52.
I installed Developer 52 and I can now select Opera as my Default browser.
I can see my other Speed dial from the Opera 51.0.2830.34 installation in Bookmarks "Other Speed Dials" in 52.
How can I make my 51.0.2830.34 Speed Dial my default Speed Dial in 52 instead of the Speed Dial that came with the installation of 52?
Default Browsers Win 10Opera for Windows
I am running Win 10 1709 16299.248 64 Bit
MS Edge Browser
Internet Explorer Browser
Maxthon 5 22.214.171.12400 Browser
Opera 51.0.2830.34 Browser 64 Bit
When I try to change default browser in Settings or Control Panel, the only available Browser selections are Edge, IE and Maxthon 5.
Opera is not displayed for selection as a browser.
I logged out of my main Administrator account and logged into my secondary Administrator account. In the second account Edge, IE, Maxthon 5 and Opera are available for browser selection and I can select Opera for my default browser.
I have tried uninstalling Opera, rebooting and reinstalling Opera with no change. Opera is still not available for selection as a Browser.
Opera runs as it is supposed to run it just is not recognized in my main Administrator Account as an available browser for default.
Has anyone else experienced this and if so, can you tell me how to remedy the problem in my main Administrator Account?
I am assuming this is a registry error in my main Administrator Account.
