(offtopic?: ...anyway, and so I think that Win7/8.1 are now irreplaceable for some applications...)

After upgrade (restart to upgrade from menu) there are system error (something like):
SetProcessMitigationPolicy procedure entry point not found in KERNEL32.dll(in real error is in my language - Polish: "Nie znaleziono punktu wejścia procedury SetProcessMitigationPolicy w bibliotece KERNEL32.dll"

When i refresh (and open) new Tab (speed dial page), something strange opening in left side...
Looks like small window - when i click top-right box then window dismiss, when i click bottom-right box then shows whole window - something like linux console / debug window / etc. but without title:

OK, i typing youtube [enter] and... no! google search is not fired for search "youtube" -
opera enters ... https://www.npmjs.com/package/youtube-player

...and one more thing, why disabled input boxes (maybe textareas and other disbaled/inactive elements too) have disabled possibility of copy text?

I have cable modem (many modems, few thousands, 2 or 20000, nevermind, eg. cisco EPC2203, but I test 6 models before I calm...). I wan't to login into internal pages of that modems... http://192.168.100.1 - works fine.
Ok, trying to admin page - http://192.168.100.1/_aslvl.asp .... Login: admin, Pass: ***** - fine.
Next authentication step (something like "2 factor"), Access Level, Login (again), Password (again) ... and ERROR.
