Are you referring to the settings "Show Continue Shopping section" and
"Show Continue on Booking.com section". I now have them turned off. Thanks for the replies.

Logo Pops Up On Every Clicked LinkOpera for Windows
Every time I click on a link in an email and switch to Opera I got to wait for your logo to load first. Really???? How do I disable that? Maybe it is time for a new browser because you people have gone where no one has gone before. Unbelievable!

RE: Logo Pops Up On Every Clicked LinkOpera for Windows
@burnout426 Maybe it's just something on my system. The last two updates really screwed up my browser. I was even tempted to switch browsers. So we will see what happens in time.

RE: General Opera Feedback TopicOpera for computers
This is the second time your updates have screwed up my browser. This time - no speed dials, black screen - no wallpapers, and couldn’t even go online. Similar issues with the last update. Luckily I had the installer download on my system and ran that. It fixed my problems except I cannot show a background picture. And why do I have to continuously adjust the DPI settings because the interface is too big? You are trying my patience in keeping you as my main browser. How do I get my wallpaper back?

Is The SaveFrom.net Extension Malicious?Opera for Windows
A couple days ago the SaveFrom.net extension was blocked by Opera with a message that it was malicious. I removed it from Opera but recently noticed it's still in the Opera Addons. I've reinstalled it and Opera hasn't complained about it since. So is it bad or not?

RE: Opera Removing Speed Dial WallpapersOpera for Windows
In my case I have my personal pictures on my hard drive. I drag a picture to Opera and then right click on it and click on Use image as wallpaper. Sometimes it holds sometimes it doesn't.

RE: Opera Removing Speed Dial WallpapersOpera for Windows
I tried a little experiment, that so far seems to be holding, only time will tell. I went to the themes folder where Opera saves the wallpapers in zip format and deleted everyone there.
The path in my case was: C:\Users\Terry\AppData\Roaming\Opera Software\Opera Stable\themes
So far I've been able to keep a background picture for two days with no problems. I'll keep your updated. As I said originally it's not a serious problem but it is annoying.

Got the same problem. Just updated to Version:72.0.3815.207, the problem is still there. What I do is to hilite the web address I typed in then copy and then right-click and Paste and search and it goes through.

RE: Problem Using Opera w/ Multiple MonitorsOpera for Windows
Try this. Just press on Alt + Spacebar then the letter M. Then, if your second monitor is on your right side, like mine, just hold down on the left arrow key and this will move the Opera Window to the right screen. Or reverse depending on your setup.

RE: Cant Display Wallpapers Last UpdateOpera for Windows
@burnout426 Thanks for your reply but I found the solution myself. You got this starter page thing that you want people to jump through. I would just close that tab down. But Opera will not operate properly if you don't jump through the hoops first. Backgrounds will not show, logo keeps showing up. A skip button for people who already have Opera would have been nice.

RE: Personal backgrounds Yet Again Not ShowingOpera for Windows
OK. After some trial and error, I discovered why some of my wallpapers were not showing. That is there was a bracket in the name (). When you rename a bunch of files all at once, with the same name, Windows will put a number in a bracket after each name. For example image(1).jpg, Image(2).jpg and so on. When I remove the brackets from the image name they seem to work fine. Even though this wasn't an issue before. I'm still sticking with Opera GX from Opera One as my default. This same issue appears in Opera GX.

RE: Custom Animated WallpaperOpera for Windows
@plasma If anyone is still looking for an answer. If you have a webp format file, just open it up in Opera and right-click on it and choose the option, Use image as wallpaper. More detailed info here if you need it: https://davescomputertips.com/how-to-convert-animated-gifs-to-webp/
