@avi… Thank you so much for the explanation. I was thinking it probably had to be something like this. Opera doesn't seem like the type of developers to overlook something like this. Now, I guess I should head over to the Apple message boards and complain there.

This issue seems to still be present even in the newest Opera Beta for Mac, which has the new UI.

Tab Menu and Account Menu OffsetOpera for Mac
I am currently using Opera for Mac. I have noticed in the past few versions that when the window is at full size (or at least against the right edge of the screen), the drop-down menus for the tab menu and the account menu are pushed too far to the left. They appear to be about 20-30 pixels off.
It seems that they are trying to force themselves to have a margin to the right and that margin, when against the edge of the screen, causes the triangle at the top to be misaligned. Of course, this isn't a huge issue, but as someone who loves Opera and wants to encourage others to use it, it is a small thing that makes the browser look second-tier … which it is definitely not!

Incognito Keyboard on AndroidOpera for Android
The Google keyboard on Android (that comes default on most phones) now has the ability to go incognito. In both the mobile versions of Chrome and Firefox this happens when an incognito tab is opened. (Preventing the keyboard from remember words typed during these sessions.) Is there anyway this could be added to Opera for Android?

RE: Is Opera ready for OSX 10.11 (El Capitan)?Future releases
I just installed El Capitan and found one UI issue. When using Opera in fullscreen mode, the background is misaligned when your hover over the menu bar at the top (causing everything to drop down).

RE: Opera Sync - remove devicesSynchronization
This will be awesome. I tried the beta version of Opera on a couple systems and now they show twice in the devices section (once for the stable install and once for the beta install). Being able to delete the no-longer-used beta listings would be very helpful.

RE: Facebook Messenger (messenger.com) IssueOpera for Mac
Wow. That is really frustrating. Seems like that would be such a simple fix for them. And, while I know Opera isn't the most popular browser in the world, it seems with all the users they have, a sizable population would be using it.
It's frustrating. Because of some connection issues, my friends and family mainly use Messenger to computer. It would be nice to have a non-glitchy experience while using Opera.

RE: Facebook Messenger (messenger.com) IssueOpera for Mac
I just noticed the problem still persist even in Opera 32. It's odd because I haven't seen this issue in any other browser (I've tried Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge.) Since Opera is built on the open-source version of Chrome, why would Chrome display correctly and Opera not?

Facebook Messenger (messenger.com) IssueOpera for Mac
I have noticed an issue with Opera for the Mac when using www.messenger.com. In the left column, when the message preview text extends all the way to the right border, the gear icon the normally appears when hovering over the message does not appear like it does in other browsers. This appears to be related to the layers being used, but I am not sure what is going wrong.
