Is Opera ready for OSX 10.11 (El Capitan)?

I am currently testing the Beta release of OSX 10.11 and have run into a few issues with Opera 30.0.1835.125. As expected some of my apps required updates or patches to work with El Capitan and I ran into a few problems using Opera to download them.
Emailed links to downloads opened in Opera but on confirming download and save to desktop Opera froze. I was unable to cancel or return to the browser window, the download option window being fixed in the foreground.

Thanks @rodanne, it seems we have a general problem on El Capitan with saving files. We hope to fix it before the release

Started using the Beta on Yosemite just to compare and so far can't fault it.

I just installed El Capitan and found one UI issue. When using Opera in fullscreen mode, the background is misaligned when your hover over the menu bar at the top (causing everything to drop down).
