@semsemsem
I rolled back to 97.0.4719.83 and got my editable speed dial back. And so far the command line switch,
--disable-update
seems to be working...fwiw

28 days, some dials still not labelled and not editable. Had to roll back to previous version.
How do I prevent it updating? Not seeing anything in Settings.

Opera One speed dial groupsGeneral
Pretty often but not always when I try to slide a new dial into a group the target group dances around and will not accept the new dial. Are there some rules or criteria to be met that the new dial is not meeting? I can't see any consistent pattern in the dials that can't join the group.
Only in Opera One, Opera 99 has no problem.
Found a workaround: reboot O-One and it seems to work.

Group speed dial bordersSuggestions and feature requests
It looks like with 98.0.4759.6 group speed dial borders have gone from light to dark. Since that is good or bad depending on what wallpaper you are using I vote for a choice in Settings for what border you want.

@burnout426
A reinstall to C://Program Files/Opera seems to have done the trick. Anyway I am clean so far.

Yeah, it's finding that crx file that I am having trouble with. I thought maybe AppData/Roaming/Opera Software/Opera Stable/Default/Extensions should have it but I'm not finding it anywhere in AppData. I'd be grateful for any tips on where to find the crx. -
Fidelity loginOpera for Windows
Keep getting "unable to log in right now". Anyone able to log in to Fidelity or is it something in my setup. (Fidelity says it is Opera). I get the same result in private mode.

@burnout426 It appears after login.
Assuming you're saying no issue on schwab.com
I could have made that clear unfortunately.

Schwab does not recognize OperaFuture releases
Schwab users would be grateful if they were not greeted with "Time to Update Your Browser" when logging into schwab.com.

RE: Red bar below taskbar iconOpera for Windows
@donq Clearing the download list removed the latest red line. Odd because the latest download was completed without any problem. At least I know what to keep an eye on now.

Red bar below taskbar iconOpera for Windows
Seems like when the bar went from blue to red it meant there was a problem, but now I get the red bar every day and can't find a problem. So what's up?

RE: Time to update your browser message from schwab.comOpera for Windows
That's weird, what worked once now fails. So I switched to AppleWebKit and I still get "Time to update your browser"
OK, I'll go bark at Schwab now. -

Bingo, that works.I had tried the "Random User Agent" extension off the Opera Addons page. Guess I'll move on to another user agent extension.
Thanks, burnout
