Adding Search Engines

In Opera 28, it seems to be a lot harder to add a new search engine. A few versions earlier, you could just go to the website of the search engine, right click in the search bar at that website, and add the engine. You could put in the Key (letter or letters) for that engine that you wanted. That was user friends, quite an excellent feature, but doesn't seem to work any more. Not sure why Opera developers scrapped that feature. The alternative is that you have to go to the main address bar, right click, chose, edit search engines, then "add new search," but it's harder here. I don't really understand what to fill in for items 3 and 4, Address, and Query String. It's much harder than it used to be, unless I'm missing something.
I was thinking of adding the Private Lee search engine at the website, https://privatelee.com/
Items 1 and 2 are easy enough -- the name of the search engine, and the keyword. Would anyone be able to help by posting exactly what to put in for item 3, Address (I don't understand the request for "the URL with %s in place of query string"), and item 4, Query String (I don't understand "Post date with %s in place of query).

Thank you, leocg, for the insert for item 3. An insert for item 4 wasn't needed. What you suggested was perfect. It's strange that right clicking on the search bar at the Privatelee website didn't work. I'm glad that that approach generally does work as it is more user friendly.
Here's something about Privatelee, at the Firefox addon site: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-us/firefox/addon/privatelee/
The claim is that it gives you the best results of google and bing, but is very private -- does not save IP address or set uniquely identifiable or ad network cookies. While it is a Firefox add-on, I couldn't find it in the Chrome or Opera store. That's the reason I thought to just add it to Opera as a search possibility from the main search bar.
