Google search changes the title color of an item when it has been viewed. Or tries to. It's almost impossible to see the difference. Is there a way to tweak the color? Some sites refer to editing a "CSS" file. Where would I find it? And what does "CSS" stand for?

Please breathe a sigh of relief; the problem has fixed itself. My Google viewed color is back. As well as other "viewed" colors on various sites. Happened after update to 1750.51.
