Is Opera 28 Available For Windows 8.1?

Hi,

I am Joseph White Wolf, I wish to know whether Opera 28 is available for Windows 8.1. Can somebody give me details about its performance in this particular operating system?

My Windows 8.1 is on a netbook, so I won't try to rate Opera's performance on a standard desktop. But it does work.

I guess that performance would depend more on the hardware than in the OS.

Anyway, i used Opera on Windows 8.1 for a long time without any major performance issues. Now i use it with Windows 10 and it still works fine.
