Lost my passwords after resync

I had to reset my windows and save my files and redownload it so when i did i tried to sync them and i didnt have my passwords I have no clue how to get them back and there was over 100 passwords

@Stormaz If they weren't synced, you probably won't be able to restore your saved passwords.
