Trying to get a list of keyboard shortcuts. Open Help and type "shortcut" in search. Nothing found. OK, try "keyboard." Nope. OK, try "Key" Still nil. I see the word "Turbo" on the same page, so I enter "turbo." Nada.

      So, 2 questions:

      1. Is help broken and how can I fix it?

      2. Where is a list of shortcuts? (Google was unhelpful.)

(edit:) Oops, didn't see Navigate With Shortcuts on left. OK, don't need to search for it. But still, Shouldn't search work?

            Opera 28: is help broken?

No one answered the first (half of the) question.

            Opera 28: is help broken?

No matter what word or words I search for, I get "Not found".

            So . . .

            Opera 28: is help broken?

If "yes", how does one repair it?

You wait for someone to fix the page as it seems to be a problem in the page.
