Is there no speed dial for desktop?
I can only find suggestions speed dial

@Monyh If you have saved Speed Dials from another version of Opera you can import them with Opera Sync and they appear under Bookmarks other Speed Dials.
You can then copy and paste Speed Dials from one device folder to another.

@fitzydj I have links in the speed dial folder and even made folder in that with a few links for test and nothing shows up on the speed dial

Yes I have pages in speed dial. But I can't find where to enable speed dial. I can only find suggestions speed dial

@Monyh To Enable/ Disable Speed Dial Opera Menu Settings or Shortcut ALT+P
Appearance Scroll to Bottom of the Window / Start Page.
