Daily Opera issues

I have 4 major daily issues:
- Opera sometimes loads all tabs from the latest Workspace and hangs on many tabs. Sometimes I force kill Opera to come back to normal.
- Opera loads tabs from different workspace on boot (like I have 5 workspaces, each has youtube videos as first tab) and during random boot while Opera boots all tabs from current workspace I hear sounds from YouTube videos from tab in different workspace
- Opera doesn't like suspend, sleep. It starts to behave very bad: freeze, lag, open current tab or new sometimes takes 3-5 seconds. So easy options - quit and open Opera again.
- Very bad behavior with webpages with videos, everybody already knows the issue with YouTube, but I have the similar issues with Coursera, Udemy and even simple test HTML5 video player. It just stop to react, enter and exit from full screen turns into nightmare - random lag and wait 3-5 seconds to enter/exit. Popup icon stop react. It appears but not clickable.
I would like to request the feature that some modern browsers have and even Opera had long time ago - unload tabs from memory, lazy tabs. Do you have any plans to bring this feature back?
