VPN PRO issue

I have an active subscription on VPN Pro and everytime I try to activate VPN on my computer it ends up giving me this text:
Service "Opera VPN Pro Service" failed to start. Verify that you have sufficient prvileges to start system services.

I also have opera browser on my phone and have no issues activating vpn pro. Any help with this??
