VPN PRO issue

I have an active subscription on VPN Pro and everytime I try to activate VPN on my computer it ends up giving me this text:
Service "Opera VPN Pro Service" failed to start. Verify that you have sufficient prvileges to start system services.I also have opera browser on my phone and have no issues activating vpn pro. Any help with this??
