VPN Botton not visible in Opera bowser

I have a license for Opera VPN Pro and when i was in Germany the VPN botton was visible. Now I'm in China and the botton disapeared. I installed the latest Opera browser update but the VPN botton still not visible. In the settings there is also no possibility to activate the VPN. And some main website I have to use (like bank account) are not oppening. What happening and what to do to solve this problem? Opera is not working in a way I expect and meanwhile i'm disapointed and frustrated about Opera!
