Other than manual cutting and pasting, is there any way to extract Speed Dial entries from an Opera installation?

Failing that, anyone know which of the files or databases contain Speed Dial?

Opera Blink (Opera 15+) until Opera 28: favorites.*

Opera Blink (From Opera 29): bookmarks.*
