please help me with speed dial

I use Opera 19. When I am in speed dial and click on plus symbol trying to
create folder, browser will not let me. In simple terms I am trying to
create a new folder in speed dial. What will I do? What am I missing here?
I can only add bookmark not actual opaque category folder.

I don't think that's possible.
You would have to go to bookmarks to do that.

A speed dial folder is created automatically when you drop a speed dial on top of another speed dial - after it is created you'll have to change the name from "Folder" to something more meaningful.
