<![CDATA[please help me with speed dial]]>I use Opera 19. When I am in speed dial and click on plus symbol trying to
create folder, browser will not let me. In simple terms I am trying to
create a new folder in speed dial. What will I do? What am I missing here?
I can only add bookmark not actual opaque category folder.

You would have to go to bookmarks to do that.
