can you run opera 12 and 28 at same time on windows?

Currently have 12.17 running on WinXP Pro SP3 and want to know if I can install the latest version without losing 12 (i.e. have both for website testing purposes) and be able to use either and/or both at the same time?

Yes, it's possible.

I've been running both versions since Opera 15 came out!
It's no problem at all as they are completely different technically unrelated programs that just happen to have the same name.
They will even run from the same folder IIRC, but I do keep them in separate folders for clarity.

Ok thanks for that info.. anything strange I should look out for when installing the newest version?

You can even literally run both at the same time - though on systems with limited RAM I might not recommend it.
