Blocking access to my server

Hi,
Opera is blocking my access to my server running at https://192.168.1.121:14860/
.

I always get a message saying “Your connection is not private”, and at the bottom I have to click “Help me understand” and then “Continue to 192.168.1.121 (not secure)” before it lets me enter my login details.
I have already tried exporting and installing the certificate, but it didn’t help, and doing this every time is quite frustrating.

Could someone please advise me how to add this address to exceptions so that Opera always allows me to access it?

Not sure if it still works, but click a blank spot on that error page and type thisisunsafe. That might do the trick to add the site to an allow list.
