Passwords won't sync onto IOS app from web on computer

I have logged into my opera account on both web browser on macbook and IOS app on iphone 15-- but my passwords are the only thing that has not synced up-- any help with that? what do i do because i want my passwords on my opera ios app when i'm not at my computer.

Any help would be awesome!
