scrolling through tabs left to right

I am so frustrated with opera. I need to be able to scroll through my tabs, left to right and right to left. But there are no arrows to do that? How the hell does Opera expect you to be able to get to open tabs that are off the screen???? I've tried to find somewhere that it can be turned on, but there doesn't appear to be an option to have a way to scroll through tabs opened left to right and right to left. Why????
