Missing function "identify ad Internet Explorer" in Opera 27 for Mac?

I have this helpful function in old version for Opera (for PC) but i don't find any same function in Opera 27.

Some (bad)site is only for Internet explorer and with the mac i can't access with Opera, Chrome or Safari...

Do you know if the old function is alive in the new Opera version (i use the 27 version)

It isn't present in the Windows version, except via extension.
