Happened to me, too. About the same time I "got" Opera One without consciously asking. I can still see the Login_Data file and the Login_State files and they're not empty. But Opera One doesn't react when I log into a site that is referred to in Login_Data.

A month or two ago the OS went from windows 10 to 11, but the password manager didn't misbehave until this week. This filename
C:\Users\paul\AppData\Roaming\Opera Software\Opera Stable\Default
has not changed.
I don't know how to keep track of the attributes of USER. The most recent previous version of the file C:\users\paul is four months ago, if that tells you anything.

I can peek into this file using NOTEPAD. Opera identifies this as in my profile.
"C:\Users\paul\AppData\Roaming\Opera Software\Opera Stable\Default\Login Data"
It appears to be my old login and password file. Addresses and passwords saved today and yesterday do not appear to be in it.
I can also see "C:\Users\paul\AppData\Roaming\Opera Software\Opera Stable\Local State"
which some sources characterize as containing the "key" with which passwords are encoded in Login_Data. This is getting above my pay grade. I would like to make a .csv from the data in Login_Data to import to the file in which Opera's password manager is currently storing and looking for passwords. -

I am facing the same issue. My passwords disappeared when I was working online photo editing app. I'm too worried. Could anyone help me in this regard?
