Why is X(twitter), etal so broken/stalling during play

I'm tired of looking at replays of X sports replays that cannot finish the movie without hanging up multiple times. Is there a problem with buffering in Opera?

Opera for windows 64bit 8 GB ram, 4x I5 processors. Nothing running in background.
eg, bring up MLB.com and click on Gameday to follow along. When a highlite is presented as a 30 second clip, it never plays to completion without halting after about 10 seconds or so.

yes i have the same issue with X home feed. some videos just do not load.
