Scroll Bar has little color contrast

I'm having much difficulty scrolling with Opera. The problem is that the thing I need to move around is almost the exact same colour as the scroll bar itself, there is very little contrast, both on my desktop and my laptop! If I click where I think it is but I'm wrong I end up jumping around which is very annoying.
What can I do?

@DennisHuntsman Help is on the menu. Though you can also see that by typing opera:about in the address bar.

@sgunhouse I'm still not seeing it in any menu but Opera : About is giving me Opera One(version: 119.0.5497.40).

@leocg Very little, I'm running two different themes on my laptop and my desktop, I have tried that in the past too.
